together with the Civic Chamber of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra acted as Forum co-organizer. The main organizers were the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra and the Department of Information Technologies of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra.
