On May 20, 2010 the Institute of the Information Society hosted the round table "Experience of Providing Public Services on the Basis of Departmental and Regional Centers of Citizens’ Telephone Requests Processing. Status and Perspectives of Development".
The event was organized by the Institute of Contemporary Development together with the Institute of the Information Society with assistance of the Expert Advisory Group of the Council for the Development of the Information Society under the President of the RF.
The meeting was attended by representatives of interested federal and regional public authorities and expert community.
Opening the discussion Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the Institute of the Information Society Board of Directors, outlined the main topics of the seminar: regional and departmental experience of providing information and directory services by phone and integration of phone and computer technologies into ICT-infrastructure of public authorities. Based on the results of the discussion participants of the round table will compose a resolution, which then will be offered for consideration to the Council for the Development of the Information Society under the President of the RF. |
