The Directorate of the Russian e-Development Partnership (PRIOR) works independently and in cooperation with other legal entities and individuals to coordinate the activity its structural divisions; to assist in attracting targeted financing, sponsor aid and investments required to implement its goals and objectives; and to support promising projects corresponding to PRIOR’s goals and objectives in the legislative and executive state offices of all levels of the Russian Federation. In addition, the Directorate works towards establishing and expanding the business contact network on the national and international levels; facilitates the information and experience exchange; collaborates with international and regional organizations, foundations, scientific and research centers, educational institutions, associations and other organizations as well as individuals whose activity corresponds to PRIOR’s goals and objectives. The Directorate is also responsible for arranging and holding conferences, seminars, conducting awareness-raising campaigns, and carrying out promotional demo-projects and other events necessary for achieving the goals and objectives of PRIOR.

The key projects of the Directorate of the Russian e-Development Partnership include the following:

• Coordinating PRIOR Activity – 2001-2012 (management)
• Creating the Russia Development Gateway Portal (RuDG) – 2001-2011 (management)
• Developing the Concept of Facilitating the International Collaboration and External Economic Relations in the ICT sphere, including the Process of Russia’s joining to the WTO – 2002 (participation)
• Conducting the "Best Region in the ICT field” Contest – 2002-2003 (participation)
• Supporting the Moscow Secretariat of the UN Information and Communication Technologies Task Force Europe and Central Asia Regional Network (UN ICT TF EuCAs) – 2002-2005 (management)
• Awareness-Raising Project "World Summit on the Information Society: Expectations of the Russian Regions" 2003 (management)

• Creating the Network of the Russian Federation Development Gateways 2003 (management)

• Creating the e-Development strategy plans for 6 regions of the Russian Federation (Kaliningrad, Novgorod, Perm, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area- Yugra) as part of the “e-Russia” Federal program – 2003 (management)
• Creating the Moscow Development Gateway 2003-2005 (management)
• Development of the Comprehensive Program of Moscow’s Advancement to the Information Society ("e-Moscow") – 2006-2007 (participation)
• Preparing recommendations on the implementation of the Concept of regional informatization and tender process for selecting the pilot projects for testing the standardized ICT solutions, which were developed as part of the Federal “e-Russia” Program (2002-2010) – 2006 (participation)
• Providing methodological support for the implementation of the Concept of regional informatization – 2006 (managing the task of developing the standardized ICT solution for the Russian Federation regions and the methods of its modification for a specific region) – 2006
• Creating the information and educational portal “Culture and Art” – 2006-2007 (participation)
• Developing the regional strategy for ICT development and use in the Republic of Tatarstan (2008-2010) – 2007 (participation)
