Was born on January 19, 1962 in Moscow. In 1984 graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of economics, with specialization in "political economy". During 1984-1990 worked as economist in the system of the USSR State Logistics Committee, was engaged in maintenance of the supply line of heavy engineering industry in the Far North regions.

In 1998-2004 worked as  real estate broker at "MIEL-Realty" JSC, making buy/sell bargains, underwent training in "MIEL-Realty" School of Agents. In 2005 graduated from the International Academy of Realty and has a broker’s diploma in mortgage.

In 2006 moved to work to the International Education Center of the Moscow Finance Academy, worked as sales manager (took part in seminars on economic problems abroad), was acting head of sales department.

Since February 2007 has been working at the Institute of the Information Society.

Has two adult daughters and a granddaughter. Is fond of history of Moscow, likes bicycle rides.
