Was born and grew up in Moscow. In 1998 started her working career at the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property (RSIIP) as senior laboratory assistant. In 2000 enrolled in this Institute, department of economics. Over the years of work at RSIIP was promoted to the position of    editor at editorial-publishing section of the Institute. In 2005 graduated summa cum laude from RSIIP with specialization in "Management of Organizations" and started to work at "Carter Plus" LTD as office manager, and worked there for one year. In September 2006 was employed by the Institute of the Information Society.
