The concept of "electronic participation"

the internet of things – a concept configured to essentially reconstruct

important for economics technology of information and analytical providing for
energy saving at municipal level. The issue is concluded by an article by Tambov
researches headed by Vladimir Nemtinov, PhD, where possibility of ICT use for
