Postgraduate Aleksey Kuryavsky refers to information inequality – one of the main problems of contemporary world, dividing people in strong and weak from the point of view of possibilities, and as a factor, which deepens this inequality in Russia, he analyses the expansion of off-the-air television.

Alexander Shvetsov, Doctor of Economic Sciences, draws attention to the real tool of expanding of people’s possibilities in the information society, i.e. to the universal electronic map, and evaluates the course of the project’s implementation.
