Open government – is how the government can interact with the society and individuals on co-producing of community values. How can business, society and power interact considering available instruments of Open government? These and other questions of interaction were examined by participants of the round table.

Participants of the event discussed the following issues:

• crowdsourcing: its mechanisms and efficiency in the work of public authorities;
• implementation of solutions for business and society through mechanisms of Open government: practical aspects;
• development of Open government: what needs to be improved for more efficient interaction of power and business?

The discussion on different issues was participated by Alexander Borisov, chairman of the  Fund of assistance to development of Civic institutions "Democrator"; Anastasia Preobrazhenskaya,   program manager of Agency of strategic initiatives; Stanislav Taktaev, executive director of the Fund of e-democracy development;  Georgiy Fedorov, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, president of the Center of social and political researches ("Aspect"); Viktor Shakhovtsev, vice-president of the National public organization "Families of Russia", and others.
