In the article by Milanese professor Alfredo Ronki perspectives of
transformation of the current administrative system into absolutely transparent
and based on latest technologies implementation
and concepts are examined. He pays special
attention to such aspects as cultural models and influence of the social
sphere, which are not always taken into consideration during creation of
e-governments, thus leading to failures.
Problems of influence in social networks are examined
in the paper by Irada Alekperova from the National Academy of Science of
Azerbaijan. In her opinion in the nearest years social network models will
become an independent branch of researches. Philosophers from the Far East Federal
