Khozh Magomed Khumaydovich Vakhaev, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Safety and Anti-Corruption Committee, reported on “Legal issues of legal safety assurance in information society”. Report of Vladimir Betelin, head of RAS Council for coordination of researches on “Strategic information technologies”, was devoted to the role of information technologies in development of huge state corporations.

During the event there was also a presentation of report by Svetlana Konovchenko, senior councilor of the Department of Information and Information Technologies Safety Assurance of the Administration of Security Council of RF, about state policy for development of information safety culture among citizens.

Alexey Bunkov, Counselor of the Ministry of  Telecom and Mass Communications, reported on “Development of instruments of e-democracy in the Russian Federation”.
Svetlana Openysheva, Minister of information technologies of Ulyanovsk region, reported on “Open government: active participation of citizens in state administration”.

The topic of report of Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, was "Information society development in Russian regions". Maksim Shereykin, Minister of information society development and innovations of Kaluga region, reported on the role of Government of Kaluga region in information society development in the region.

Discussion of different problems of information society development in Russia was as well participated by Andrey Borodin, Director of Department of information technologies of Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous region – Yugra, Sergey Kuchin, minister of information technologies, communications and mass media of Nizhny Novgorod region, Evgeniy Zinder, President of Fostas Fund, Elena Volchinskaya, Program Director of National Forum on information safety, and other representatives of scientific community and business circles.
