The issue is opened by an exclusive interview
with deputy governor of Yaroslavl region Alexey Bushuev “The main constraint is
not in capabilities of technologies but in readiness of the social environment
to use it".
In this issue an article by PhD, professor and head of chair of communications
of the Rutgers University (USA) James Katz is published. The author examines problem of new media and
social network technologies development from the point of view of their
influence on printed press.
An article by Lyubov Lebedintseva is about peculiarities
of innovative intellectual labour, the other by Yury Grum-Grzhimaylo (in coauthorship
with Vladlena Sergeeva) explores the investment policy in the information
society, and Konstantin Kolin (in coauthorship with Alexander Khoroshilov)
examines the problem of multilinguism in the information society and its new
solutions.
Amongst our new authors – associated professor Lyudmila Lazareva from Kemerovo and
her work on creation of information culture of a graduate student, and post-graduate
student Andrey Erkin from Volgograd and his article on change of essence of concept
“information” and “information security” in the context of transition to information
society.
