IIS representative took part in a seminar on "Government Regulation Models in the Information Technologies sphere" |
The National Research University "Higher
School of Economics" continues series of seminars on "Government
Regulation Models in the Information Technologies sphere". The seminar took place on March 12, 2012 at the
National Research University "Higher School of Economics".
During the seminar were presented results of analytical researches on: "Government
policy and regulation in ICT sphere in Russia in the context of international
experience".
Participants of the seminar discussed the following issues:
- Contemporary solutions and methods of legal regulation
of IT-outsourcing in Russia (cloud computing, data-centers, IT-infrastructure, etc)
- Main principles and trends of legal regulation of ICT sphere in the context of cloud
computing in USA, Japan, countries of the European Union
- Applying principles of civil regulation to the sphere of information
technologies in Russia
- Trends of international cooperation in IT regulation,
including multilateral forums.
Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, participated in the work
