The program of the Conference was opened by Inessa Grikurova, Head of Strategic Programs of Microsoft in Russia, who spoke about company’s activities directed to assistance in information society development, about new Microsoft’s abilities and partnership with non-commercial organizations, including a resource portal for NCOs as an instrument of technological and information support.

Welcoming speech was delivered by Elena Nelzina, representative of the Department of Public Relations of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region, who emphasized the increasing importance of ICTs in everyday life, and Irina Pechkovskaya, Head of the Agency of Public Initiatives.

Alexandra Kapustina, Manager of "infoDonor" program, in her speech reported on implementation of the software donations to NCOs program in Russia and at global scale, on procedure of obtaining Microsoft products by non-commercial organizations under "infoDonor" program, and on perspectives of its development.

Adam Gieniusz from non-commercial organization Techsoup Global reported on how TechSoup Global Company implements program of technological support to non-commercial sector around the world. The main thesis of the speech delivered by Svetlana Miroshnichenko from Techsoup Global became on-line volunteering in activities of non-commercial organizations, peculiarities of its implementation in NCO activities, advantages of its use.

Ekaterina Fedotova, Director of the project “Your Course: Increasing Computer Literacy” (PH International), presented an overview of the first year project implementation in order to assist  vulnerable people in studying ICT use for free, finding their adequate place on the labor market and saving  their life attitude. She emphasized an important event in the Krasnoyarsk’s  life – opening of a new Educational Centre " Your Course: Increasing Computer Literacy” for teaching the citizens about  basic ICTs in September.

Moreover, Microsoft in Russia leading specialists reported to the representatives of Russian NCOs on new abilities and advantages of software developed by the Company.   During "New Microsoft Products" section advantages of operation system Windows 7 for non-commercial organizations, as well as new abilities of Office 2010 were presented.

In course of "Joint Work" section Microsoft cloud services, free services of Windows Live and creation of distant learning courses based on Microsoft Learning Content Development System were examined.
