Institute of the Information society prepared and published electronic version of two-volume edition "Works of the VII Tver Social and Economic Forum "Information Society": Tver, July 8-9, 2010". These materials apply to conditions of license Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0, which allows copying, reproducing, editing and creating derivative works even for commercial purposes under condition that IIS authorship is denoted and newly created products are licensed on same conditions.

VII Tver Social and Economic Forum "Information Society" was organized by the Association of Managers and Institute of the Contemporary Development under expert support of the Institute of the Information Society, and under support of the Administration of the President of RF and Administration of Tver Region.

The edition contains materials of plenary and sectional meetings devoted to results of implementation of the Strategy of Information Society Development, preparation of regional programs and information society development plans and creation of e-government, as well as project of the State Program of Information Society Development in Russia for 2011-2020.
