The third in 2011 Issue of the "Information Society" analytical journal was published.

For the first time over a number of years a school teacher – teacher of informatics from the Moscow-area settlement Rzhavki Evgeniy Konkov, who is discussing the idea of integration of full-time and distant learning at the secondary school, became one of the authors of the journal.
