The third in 2011 Issue of the "Information Society" analytical journal The third in 2011 Issue of the "Information Society" analytical journal was published. 

The issue is opened with an exclusive interview with Nikolay Nikiforov, Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Informatization and and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Co-authors from Izhevsk and Moscow, Albert Abilov and Elena Zhuykova, in their article examine the influence of economy and education on development of infocommunications in the world.

Scientists from the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Rasim Alguliev and Rashid Alekperov discuss problems of utilization of unsuitable for use computers.

Heads of Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics – rector Natalia tikhomirova, pro rector Vitaliy Minashkin and Director of Management Lyubov Dubeykovskaya – interpret ways of transforming contemporary educational process on the basis of e-university.

For the first time over a number of years a school teacher – teacher of informatics from the Moscow-area settlement Rzhavki Evgeniy Konkov, who is discussing the idea of integration of full-time and distant learning at the secondary school, became one of the authors of the journal.

Lawyer Mikhail Sokolov from the Centre "AEQUITAS" in his article examines threats to the system of regulation of information information relations.
