On July 1, 2011 within the framework of the VIII Tver Social and Economic Forum during the section  "E-Region" presentation of "Index of Russian Regions E-Readiness. 2009-2010. Analysis of Information Inequality of Subjects of the Russian Federation" prepared and issued by the Institute of the Information society and edited by Tatiana Ershova, Director General, Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Sergey Shaposhnik, Head of Directorate of Directorate of Monitoring Information Society Development, took place.

The presentation and discussion were attended by members of the writing team: Alexander Evtyushkin, Alexander Elizarov, Tatiana Ershova, Nina Semenova, Yuri Hohlov, Sergey Shaposhnik.

The fifth edition of the composite Index of Russian Regions E-Readiness, prepared and issued by IIS, has been calculated based on data for 2009-2010 for all subjects of RF (except for Chechen Republic).
