On May 26, 2011 Kaliningrad hosted a conference "Day of Non-commercial Organizations", which was organized by Russian branch of Microsoft Corporation under support of the Fund of Local Community "Kaliningrad".

The event was attended by about 50 non-commercial organizations, representatives of local mass media, IT-specialists.

Participants of the Conference received information on licensing of software and possibilities of its obtainment at reduced rates, learned about advantages of ICT use for efficient achievement of goals and targets by non-commercial organizations.

Aleksandra Kapustina, "infoDonor" program manager, in her report during the second part of the plenary session gave an account of implementation of the software donation for NCO program in Russia and at global scale, procedure of Microsoft products obtainment by non-commercial organizations within "infoDonor" program, and perspectives of its development.  

Lead specialists of  Microsoft in Russia reported to representative of Russian NCOs on new possibilities and advantages of software developed by the Company.
