The event is being held under support of the Expert Advisory Group of the Council for the Development of the Information Society under the President of the RF. The seminar will be attended by representatives of interested federal and regional public authorities and expert society.

Special attention will be devoted to use of cloud computing by public and local authorities, including hosting of critically important applications/data beyond the jurisdiction of corresponding organizations, dependence of united suppliers on architecture, adequate protection of personal data of businessmen.
