The second day of the Forum comprised a number of interactive events of multiple formats aimed at discussing major problems of ICT use for development.
Two High Level Debates took place in the morning:
Several facilitation meetings were conducted at the Forum, including:

- Ethics
- Access

Forum's interactive sessions discussed the following issues:
- Sustainability of the WSIS Implementation through Stocktaking Process
- WSIS and MDGs
- Regional Commissions (CEPAL, ECA, ECE, ESCAP, ESCWA)
The thematic workshops handled two topics this day:
- Indigenous Knowledge / People
- Cybercrime
Publication Releases of the following important reports were on the agenda:
- National e-Strategies for Development
- ITU’s WSIS Plus 5 Report
