IIS Representative took part in Conference "Investment and Innovations Management in IT for Post-Crisis Economics"
On February 26, 2010 the Academy of National Economy
under the Government of the Russian Federation hosted the conference "nvestment and Innovations Management
in IT for Post-Crisis Economics" organized by IT-Management School of the
Academy of National Economy under the Government of the RF and Union of
IT-Directors of Russia.
Discussion of issues, which
concern IT-directors in post-crisis period, became the main subject of the event:
Electronic (Russia, Moscow, Government…)
– is it a way nowhere?
CIO: director or megasysadmin?
IT era: rise or fall?
In the course of
the conference leading experts shared opinions on perspectives of ICT development
in Russia and discussed the most urgent problems and goals faced by
IT-directors in conditions of economic situation changed by the crisis.
Besides classical
format of presentations by speakers with reports and discussions during the
conference, several brain-rings with two opposing spokesmen were organized and
moderated by well-known business consultant and associate professor of
IT-Management School Igor Altshuler.
The presentation
by Aleksander Evtyushkin, Head of Directorate of Innovation and
Investment Projects of the Institute of the Information Society, within the
framework of one of brain-rings was devoted to problems of e-government in
Russia.
