Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, participated in session of presidium of the Presidential Council for the Development of the Information Society in Russia
On February 16, 2010 the session of presidium of the PresidentialCouncil
for the Development of the Information Society in Russia took place.
The session was conducted by Sergey Naryshkin, Head of
the Presidential Administration, the First Deputy Chairman of the Council,
Chairman of the Presidium of the Council.
Report of the Ministry of
Communications of the RF "On
System Project of E-Government Infrastructure Creation in the Russian Federation"
was made by Alexey Soldatov, Deputy
Minister.
Based on the system project a technical project will be
developed during 2010 describing functional and technical requirements for composition,
structure and characteristics of software and technical tools of automation of e-government
services information processes, and providing for implementation of unified
methodological and technological approaches to e-government development in the
Russian Federation.
Adviser
to the President of the RF
and Secretary of the Council, Leonid Reiman reported on "Organization of Monitoring
and Control of Implementation of the Strategy of Information
Society Development in Russia
till 2011, and Preparation and Approval of Plan of Actions aimed at Information
Society Development and E-Government Development in Subjects of the RF".
Yuri Luzhkov, Mayor of Moscow, member of the Council, Head
of Interdepartmental Workshop on Bridging Gaps in Information Development
between Subjects of the RF, reported on trends in procedural guidelines in
e-government creation in subjects of the RF.
Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors,
Deputy Head of the Expert-Advisory Group of the PresidentialCouncil
for the Development of the Information Society in Russia, took part in these discussions.
