On November 09, 2009 Mariott Royal Aurora Hotel hosted the presentation of the Internet Portal  "bezgraniz.ru" for handicapped people.  

The goal of the portal - "life without borders", easy access to information and real universe for handicapped people, for specialists and organizations, for all volunteers and all unindifferent. 

Within the framework of the event took place the concert of masters of arts, among them were handicapped people, and exhibition of artists Nikita Knikta and Vladimir Kurdyukov. 

Tatiana Ershova, Director General of the Institute of Information Society, took part in the presentation of the internet-resource.  

On November 10, 2009 the Internet Portal "bezgraniz.ru" started in Russia in three languages: Russian, English and German. Even today the portal is ready to work in general European languages, and in Chinese and Turkish.
