On September 29, 2009 the Institute of Contemporary Development hosted the first meeting of the expert section devoted to creation  e-libraries, e-museums and e-archives, and creation and propagation of cinematographic materials of the expert-consultative group of the Council under the President of the RF on the Information Society Development ("ICT Use in Culture and the System of Cultural and Humanitarian Enlightenment").  

The main goals of the meeting included development and adjustment of plan and regulations of work of the expert section till the end of 2009.  

The meeting of the section was participated by: Tatiana Ershova, the IIS Director General (head of the section); Sergey Balandyuk, President of "Electronic Archive Corporation", CJSC; Vladimir Gribov, Director General of research and production company "InformSystema"; Н.А. Zverev,  Deputy Director on Information Society Development Issues of the Institute of Contemporary Development; Rimma Elizarova, Deputy Director of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan; Leonid Kuybyshev, Director General of  "Center PIK", OJSC; Maxim Moshkov, Researcher of the Research Institute of System Researches of RAS; РАН; Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors.

The next working meeting of the section for creation  e-libraries, e-museums and e-archives, and creation and propagation of cinematographic materials is preliminary scheduled for November 2009.
