On 13-16 October, 2009 in Omsk within the framework of the "Technologies. Innovations. Future." Forum under support of the Ministry of Industrial Policy, Transport and Communication of the Omsk Region the IT-festival "Time of New Technologies" will take place. Educational center for additional training "NTC" will act as the organizer of the festival.

Within the framework of the festival it is planned to conduct an interactive exhibition, workshops, seminars for the young, competitions, quizzes. 

Three sections: "ICT for Non-Commercial Organizations", "ICT in Education" and "ICT for Small Business" will constitute the main part of the event.

In the "ICT for Non-Commercial Organizations" section representative of the Institute of the Information Society, manager of "infoDonor" program, Alexandra Kapustina will tell about this program to other representatives of non-commercial organizations.
