In the course of the IIS senior managers’ visit to Kazakhstan – Director General Tatiana Ershova and Chairman of the Board of Directors Yuri Hohlov – a set of lectures on the information society and e-government development was delivered to officers of the Agency on Informatization and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Infocommunication Holding "Zerde" and "National Information Technologies" JSC.  

Tatiana Ershova has delivered lectures on "General Concepts of the Information Society" (22 May 2009) and "Main Benchmarks of Global Information Society Development and Development of the Information Society in Russia" (25 May 2009).

Yuri Hohlov on 25 May 2009 has delivered a lecture on "The E-Government Services".
