Within the framework of the federal target program “E-Russia (2002-2010)” in 2007-2008 the Federal Agency of Information Technologies carries out projects on developing eight standard solutions on behalf of public authorities of subjects of RF. The further development, approbation and adaptation of standard solutions require task-oriented efforts on expert and analytical maintenance of this process.

 Federal Agency of Information Technologies conducted an open competition on “Expert Maintenance of Development Processes and Adaptation of Standard Program and Technical Solutions in the sphere of Regional Informatization”.

Institute of the Information Society, which has exceptionally great experience in development and use of information technologies in subjects of RF, was acknowledged as the winner.

In the course of forthcoming work Institute’s specialists will conduct legal, technological and consulting expertise of eight standard program and technical solutions in regards to their compliance with the Standard Program of Development and Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Subjects of RF and Rules of Creation, Approbation, Follow-on Revision and Realization of Standard Program and Technical Solutions in the sphere of Regional Informatization.

Besides, IIS will conduct work on improvement of the technology of management of development and adaptation processes for program and technical solutions based on architectural approach of information systems’ construction.

All in all, expert maintenance of realization processes for ICT use and development programs should contribute to increasing efficiency of creation, Follow-on Revision and development of regional information systems based on standard program and technical solutions and provide for higher quality of their implementation in subjects of RF.
