The project resulted in a concept and a detailed outline for an ICT curriculum for public authorities

Research activities held within a contract with the Federal Education Agency resulted in a concept and a detailed outline for an ICT curriculum for public authorities and civil servants. The concept determines key principles of distance learning for this category of students with respect to the differences in requirements to personnel and access opportunities for various categories of organizations and target audiences.

Institute’s experts also drafted a set of standard courses for public authorities employees to use ICT and instructions on teaching in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation of 27.12.2005 no. 147.
