The international videoconference was organized by the Thematic Group on E-development of the World Bank, the School of Management at the George Mason University (USA) and the Fund of E-Development. IIS acted as organizer of the Russian part of videoconference.

The first session was devoted to discussion of results of the project "Developing Programs of Teaching Public Authorities Employees to Use ICT", which was implemented within the framework of federal target program "E-Russia (2002-2010)" by IIS.

Y. Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, A. Evtyushkin, Head of Directorate of Innovation and Investment Projects of the Institute of the Information Society, representatives of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of RF and educational community took part in the videoconference.
