This videoconference provided for communication between representatives of Russian state authorities and leading European experts in the context of discussion of issues connected with developing and implementation of e-government strategies, and besides for analysis of the Concept of  E-government Development in Russian Federation by 2010 based on international experience. During the videoconference the experience of developing e-government strategies in the leading European and world countries were examined from the point of view of the level of development of e-government.

This broadcast was organized for public servants and other interested participants from Moscow and other Russian cities under support of the Ministry of the Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, Program of Partnership between European Union and Russia and with the assistance of the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN).
