On September 4, 2007 Yuri Hramov, the IIS lead expert and analyst, had a number of working meetings in Krasnodar. He met with V. Kasyanov, Head of the Department on Mass Media, Press and Broadcasting of the Krasnodar Region, and B. Levitskiy, Vice-President on Informatization of the Kuban State University.

The main issue of the meetings was use of modern portal technologies in Krasnodar Krai (Territory) to improve the quality of information and public services provided to citizens and visitors of the region.

Yuri Hramov shared IIS experience in developing appropriate solutions for other Russian regions.
