IIS contributed to the city conference "E-Moscow Program: Results, Problems, Goals"

City conference "E-Moscow Program: Results, Problems, Goals" was conducted by the Moscow Informatization Department on 9, 11-13 July, 2007.

The official opening took place on 9 July, 2007 in the Moscow City Hall on Novy Arbat.

The plenary session of the conference was opened by Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov. He reported on goals and objectives, which were accomplished by the "E-Moscow" city target program in 2003-2007, and paid attention to priorities of this program for 2008-2010.

During the plenary session speeches were delivered by:

  • Arkady Dvorkovich, Chief of Presidential Expert Department
  • Dmitry Milovantsev, Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the RF
  • Konstantin Romodanovsky, Director of the Federal Migration Service of the RF
  • Mikhail Grishankov, First Deputy Chief of the State Duma Committee on Security
  • Nikolai Nikiforov, General Director of the State Institution "Center for Information Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan"
  • Stepan Orlov, Chief of the Moscow City Duma Committee on City Economy and Housing Policy
  • Mikhail Senatorov, Deputy Chief on Informatization of the Central Bank of the RF

The plenary part of the conference was finished with the report made by Alexei Mikhaylov, the Chief of the Moscow Informatization Department.

Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of IIS Board of Directors, took part in the plenary session.

The out conference took place on 11-13 July, 2007 in the park-hotel "Yakhonty", Kovershi village of the Noginskiy rayon, Moscow region.

The out conference included the following issues and topics:

  • The implemented projects of priority trends of “E-Moscow” city target program
    • Public services, security, housing policy, social security
    • Property, budget, healthcare, education
    • Construction, industry, infrastructure
  • Interdepartmental information exchange: goals of forming and execution of administrative regulations
    • Informatization of government bodies, infrastructure
  • Promising projects of the E-Moscow city target program
    • Public services, budget, housing policy, healthcare, public administration

A number of round tables also took place in the context of the out conference:

  • Results and experience of realization of projects of the first stage of E-Moscow city target program
  • Goals of the E-Moscow program to be worked out
  • Goals of the second stage of the E-Moscow program

Yuri Hohlov made a report on "List of Business Reputation" within the "Interdepartmental Information Exchange"” topic.

Vladimir Kondratyev, the IIS leading specialist, and analyst Peter Ershov took part in the work of round tables of the conference.
