In December 2006 IIS won open competition on development of subsystem of information communication (SIC) subsystem of the second line of AIS for Moscow Budget Administration ordered by the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.

The works aim at development of information communication subsystem comprising the following modules:

• communication module ensuring secure documents transfer from node to node or nodes group
• task scheduler module providing SIC integration with application software of administration system in asynchronous mode of information exchange

By March 2007 development of individual statements of works for SIC modules is to be completed.

By June 2007 application software, technical project and work documentation will be developed; software ready for stand testing, network architecture development, information communication and testing changes entered at the production mode stage.
