Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development and Department of the Moscow Government on Economic Security held an open competition for executing works on upgrading systems for developing the RBR (first line). Institute of the Information Society was announced the winner of the competition.

The aim of creating an automated information system "Registry of Business Reputation of the Partners to the Moscow Government" (AIS RBR) is to minimize possible infringements of economic interests of the city by legal entities and physical persons carrying out economic activity on the Moscow territory, and participating in tenders for placing governmental order on delivery of goods, works and services, and competitions/auctions for implementing municipal investment programs and projects.

The aim will be achieved by providing structural subdivisions of municipal administration complexes and other users with trustworthy information on business reputation of the above legal entities and physical persons.

The works will be carried out till mid-July 2007 and include the following:

• Examination and detalization of requirements to AIS RBR subsystems
• Feasibility assessment of development and operation of next lines of AIS RBR
• Technical design of AIS RBR
• Development of AIS RBR
• Launching AIS RBR in trial operation mode
• Preparing AIS RBR to processing actual information resources
• Testing and launching AIS RBR to production mode
