On 15-17 May 2006 Moscow Regional Training Center “Nakhabino” held seminar on project solutions of information systems for implementing Regional Target Program “E-Moscow Region for 2006-2009".

The seminar was attended by representatives of public authorities (government of the Moscow Region and Moscow Regional Duma), local authorities, as well as representatives of companies - executives of program events within RTP E-Moscow Region.

During three days of the seminar its participants had enough time to discuss principles of creating automated workflow systems and e-archives, personal civil registration, operating database of land lots, accounting in public authorities, as well as principles of improving current systems of mandatory medical insurance and public authorities administration.

Representatives of both public and local authorities showed high interest in discussing the reports presented at the Seminar. Some issues aroused lively discussion and helped to determine a number of unsolved problems needing update by executive companies.

The seminar was attended by Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of IIS Board, and Alexander Yevtiushkin, Head of IIS Directorate of Innovative and Investment Projects, . They made a presentation on Business Internet Gateway of Public Authorities and Local Authorities of Municipal Formations in the Moscow Region and participated in discussions.
