IIS representatives share their experience of monitoring the Information Society development at the fair of business angels in Saransk |

On 26-27 April 2006 Saransk (Republic of Mordovia) held the 4th Fair of Business Angels and Innovators “Rusian Capital to Russian Innovations".
Sergey Shaposhnik, Head of Directorate of Monitoring the Information Society Development, and Alexander Yevtiushkin, Head of Directorate of Innovation and Investment Projects of IIS made presentation on Organizing monitoring of the Information Society development on regional level. The presentation outlined IIS experience in the sphere, commented on the role of monitoring in regional administration, and set out subject structure of monitoring and recommendations on organizing the system of monitoring. |
