Consortium with IIS membership gained victory in the open competition on selecting the executors of regional target program "E-Moscow Region for Years 2006-2009" |
On 21 March 2006 Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region summarized the results of the open competition on selecting the executors of regional target program E-Moscow Region for Years 2006-2009.
Consortium headed by CJSC B.A.C. gained victory on the Lot N2 Development of a Single Automated System of E-Documentation Workflow and E-Archives in Public Authorities of the Moscow Region, in State and Municipal Institutions, and Local Authorities within Municipal Formations of the Moscow Region. The consortium comprises: CJSC B.A.C., LLC "Electronic office systems" and Institute of the Information Society.
Within this project Institute of the Information Society will be developing a business Internet portal for public authorities of the Moscow region. The portal will allow providing e-services for the citizens and economic agents and regulating electronic cooperation among public authorities of the Moscow region and local authorities within municipal formations of the Moscow region with citizens and economic agents.
The whole project is worked out for the years 2006-2009; as for regulating electronic cooperation, it is planned to accomplish that in the year 2007.
