Members of Expert Council on Information Society Development at the Moscow City Duma received letters of gratitude for cooperation and contribution to the activity of the Council.
The Expert Council was established in 1998 on the initiative of Stepan Orlov, delegate to the Moscow City Duma. The Expert Council is a permanently operating expert and consultative body aimed at providing recommendations on improving Moscow legislation and activity in the sphere of information resources and ICT creation and use, and contributing to Moscow’s integration in the Information Society.
Among the group members there are leading Russian experts in the sphere of ICT, heads of companies, specialists interested in ICT development and application from government, research and education community, business, and civil society, including members of IIS Board:
