English-Russian Glossary on Information Society
A branch of medicine based on telecommunications usage for addressed
exchange of medical information between specialists. The objective
is to improve the quality and accessibility of diagnosis. Coordinated
preparation of medical data for transmission along communication
channels is the precondition of the adequate exchange of medical
information.
