English-Russian Glossary on Information Society
1. Remote guidance of the learning activity of people geographically
distant from the education centre realised with the help of traditional
or electronic communication.
2. Special system of acquiring skills and knowledge
based on creation of a special educational environment. This environment
provides administrative support of the learning process, it is based
on the usage of modern ICTs which provide distant information exchange.
