Was born in Losino-Petrosvskiy city of the Moscow region in 1983. Grew up in Kaliningrad (after renaming – Korolev city).
Left secondary school in 2000, and in 2006 graduated from the Moscow Engineering-Physical Institute (now National Research Nuclear University "MIFI"), Department of Theoretical Physics, Chair of Applied Mathematical Physics, speciality - “mathematician-system programmer”).
Since 2006 he has been a postgraduate student of the Institute of System Analysis of the Russian Academy of Sciences with a specialization in “Management in social and economical systems”.
Has been working at IIS since March 2006.
Underwent training in project management based on ÐÌ ÂîÊ 2000 standards in MS Project application, which deal with development of information systems, Research and R&D implementation within the framework of the federal target program “E-Russia” and city target program “E-Moscow”, and regional target program «E-Tatarstan».
Takes active part in preparation of analytical materials required for execution of contracts concluded by IIS.
He is fond of sports: holds a rank of master of sports of RF in powerlifting, he is also a champion and multiple awardee of the Moscow region, silver medalist of the championship of Moscow among juniors, bronze medalist of the Moscow Cup among men. |
